IS THE 6'x6' RIGHT FOR YOU?
Serious Capacity for Larger Applications
IDEAL FOR:
LARGE MOLDS & PARTS
Significantly more working capacity for projects that exceed our smaller machines.

The 6' × 6' is our largest standard rotational casting machine, built for applications that require substantially more mold space and weight capacity.

It requires more floor space and installation than our smaller machines, but provides the capacity needed for large molds, heavy tooling, and demanding production applications.

HEAVIER TOOLING
Supports balanced mold loads up to 1,500 lbs.
DEMANDING PRODUCTION
A heavy-duty workhorse for substantial molds and ongoing production needs.
MAXIMUM STANDARD CAPACITY
Our largest standard option before moving into oversized or custom machines.

 WILL YOUR MOLD FIT?
NOT SURE IF YOUR MOLD WILL FIT?
Mold size, shape, weight and mounting position can all affect fit. Send us your mold dimensions and weight and we'll help you determine the right machine for you.

The 6' × 6' inner frame (gimbal) is constructed from square tubing with an integrated flat mounting surface for clamping. The internal frame dimensions are 64" x 64", with a mold mounting area up to 72" x 72".

Longer molds up to approximately 90" may also fit when positioned diagonally, provided their shape and mounting position allow them to clear the outer frame throughout rotation.
