MACHINES

CREATE LIGHTWEIGHT HOLLOW PARTS, REDUCE MATERIAL AND SHIPPING COSTS, AND INCREASE PRODUCTION WITH PROFESSIONAL ROTATIONAL CASTING EQUIPMENT BUILT IN THE USA.

For over 35 years, Mannetron has helped manufacturers, artists, museums, prop builders, and fabricators produce high-quality hollow castings with reliable, precision-built rotational casting machines.

IS ROTATIONAL CASTING
THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?

Rotational casting can solve a wide range of production challenges. If you're looking to accomplish any of the following, it may be the right process for your application:

PRODUCE LIGHTWEIGHT HOLLOW PARTS
Create strong, lightweight parts that are easier to handle, transport, and install.
REDUCE RESIN USAGE AND MATERIAL COSTS
Use only the material you need by casting hollow parts instead of solid.
MAKE MULTIPLE CASTINGS FROM THE SAME MOLD
Produce consistent, repeatable results, turning one-off pieces into production runs.
REINFORCE LARGE 3D PRINTED PARTS
Coat and strengthen the inside of oversize 3D prints to improve durability and stability.
ELIMINATE TIME-CONSUMING HAND ROTATION
Let the machine do the work so you can focus on other parts of your production
CONSISTENT QUALITY WHILE INCREASING OUTPUT
Increase output while maintaining the same high-quality results every time.

For more than 35 years, we've helped customers overcome challenges like these with rotational casting.

WHAT IS
ROTATIONAL CASTING?

Rotational casting is a manufacturing process used to create lightweight hollow parts by slowly rotating a mold while liquid resin cures.

Instead of filling the entire mold with material, the resin coats the inside surface as the mold rotates. The result is a strong, consistent part that uses significantly less material than a traditional solid casting.

Rotational casting is widely used for sculptures, props, museum exhibits, architectural elements, medical models, cosplay pieces, and many other products where weight, repeatability, and material savings are important.
