COMPUTERIZED ROTATIONAL CASTING MACHINE

Precision Control. Repeatable Results.

Programmable biaxial rotation provides precise control over speed, direction, timing, and motion. Ideal for processes where consistency and repeatability matter.

 IS COMPUTERIZED RIGHT FOR YOU?
When Consistency Matters More
IDEAL FOR:
SENSITIVE MATERIALS

Standard rotational casting machines are an excellent choice for most applications, but some materials and production processes require tighter control over rotation and timing.

The computerized 3×4 allows established motion profiles to be programmed, saved, and repeated, helping maintain consistent results across production runs and different operators.

Precise rotation for clear resins, rubber, and other materials sensitive to bubbles and inconsistencies.
MULTIPLE OPERATORS
Saved programs help maintain established process settings across shifts and operators.
COMPLEX CASTING CYCLES
Program speed, direction, timing, and motion sequences that would be difficult to consistently reproduce manually.
DOCUMENTED PARAMETERS
Save and recall established process settings for future production.

 HOW IT WORKS
Program the Process. Repeat the Results.
PROGRAMMABLE MOTION
Control rotation speed, direction, dwell times, acceleration, and other movement parameters throughout the cycle.
SAVED PROGRAMS
Store established casting programs for consistent setup and repeat production.
TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL
Create, select, and manage casting programs through the machine's touchscreen interface.
MANUAL CONTROL
Manual operation remains available for setup, testing, and applications that don't require a programmed cycle.

The computerized control system independently manages both axes of rotation throughout the casting cycle. Once a process has been established, its settings can be saved and recalled for future production.

MORE THAN REPEATABILITY
For processes using sensitive or higher-cost materials, inconsistent rotation can mean rejected parts, wasted material, and lost production time. Programmable control helps standardize the casting process, reducing the amount of manual adjustment required and making established processes easier to reproduce across your production team.

IS COMPUTERIZED ALWAYS BEST?

For most rotational casting applications, our standard 3'×4' provides excellent control and flexibility. The computerized model is designed for processes where precise repeatability, complex motion, or consistency across multiple operators provides a meaningful production advantage.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Other computerized machine sizes may be available for specialized requirements.
