Our oversized machines provide the same independent biaxial rotation as our standard models, scaled up for molds that require substantially more working space.

 

Larger machines require additional facility space, freight planning and on-site assembly, so we'll work with you to determine the right configuration for your application.

Oversized rotational casting machines require more planning for delivery, assembly, and installation than our standard models.

Requirements vary by machine size and facility, and we'll work with you to plan the logistics before delivery.

FACILITY SPACE
Adequate floor space and overhead clearance are required for the complete rotational envelope.
FREIGHT
Depending on machine size and destination, shipment may require flatbed transportation or other specialized freight arrangements.
ON-SITE ASSEMBLY
Oversized machines ship partially disassembled and require assembly after delivery. Customers may complete assembly themselves using our instructions and technical support, or Mannetron can provide on-site assembly for an additional cost.
